Roberts’ breakthrough role came in 1990, when she starred as Vivian Ward in the romantic comedy “Pretty Woman,” which became a critical and commercial success. Since then, she has starred in numerous films, including “Steel Magnolias,” “My Best Friend’s Wedding,” “Notting Hill,” “Erin Brockovich,” and “Eat Pray Love.”
