The Public Service Commission (PSC), Nepal, Central Office, Kamalpokhari, has published an official notice inviting applications for Gazetted Third Class (Non-Technical) positions under Civil Service, Federal Parliament Service, and National Human Rights Service.

Applications are invited through Open, Internal Promotion (A.P.), and Inclusive Competitive Examinations for the following services and groups:
Civil Service
- Justice Service (Judicial, Law, Government Attorney)
- Administration Service (General Administration, Revenue)
- Audit Service
Federal Parliament Service
- General Administration
National Human Rights Service
- Human Rights Officer (Gazetted Third Class)
Mode of Examination
The selection process will include:
- Written Examination (as per syllabus)
- Information Technology Skill Test
- Group Test
- Interview

Application Deadline
- Last Date (Normal Fee): 2082/09/15
- Last Date (Double Fee): 2082/09/22
Applications submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.
Examination Fee
- NPR 1,200 per advertisement
- Additional NPR 400 for each inclusive group
- Additional NPR 400 if applying for multiple services (where applicable)
Age Limit
As of 2082/09/15:
- Minimum Age: 21 years
- Maximum Age: 35 years
- For Women and Persons with Disabilities: 40 years
Age limits for currently serving employees will be as per prevailing laws.
Minimum Educational Qualification
- Justice Service: Bachelor’s degree in Law from a recognized institution
- Administration / Parliament Service: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Revenue / Audit Services: Bachelor’s degree in Management, Commerce, Economics, Public Administration, or related fields
- National Human Rights Service: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Examination Centers
- First Phase: All PSC offices across Nepal
- Second Phase: Biratnagar, Janakpur, Kathmandu, Pokhara, Butwal, Surkhet, Dipayal
- NHRC Exams: As designated by PSC Central Office
